The house is currently on the market for sale, and I’m moving down to London, so won't truly be a 'live in landlord' - for the cost of a 1 bed, you’ll have a partially furnished 5/6 bed house pretty much to yourself.

Separate to the main house, there is an attached, self-contained annexe, where my mother will continue living until the house is sold, and I will maintain my bedroom to visit 1-2x/month

Couples +/- children welcome. No Smokers / pets.

Just need to keep the place clean and tidy (especially for house sale viewings)
