It is one of the smaller terraced properties on a quiet cul de sac (Court) off Derby road.

Bramcote is a few miles off the M1 J25, a few hundred metres from the Sherwin Arms/Bramcote roundabout. Lovely walks near by, but also few mins walk to bus stop for the city centre.

I loved living there before I moved out but have stayed near by as I think the area is fab.

I would consider a tenant with a dog but they would need to pay an additional deposit.

Nice little court yard garden.

I've been told photos don't reflect the place very well and it looks way smaller in the photos.
