The Property & Rooms:-
A detached period house with 3 bedrooms, with 1 room occupied by the Landlord (male/female couple). There is front gated-access leading to a front garden. There are 2nr Double Bedrooms available for rent. We are looking for sensible students to rent the spare bedrooms.
Bills are inclusive: Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, TV & WiFi (100MB Virgin Media Fibre Broadband).
Both rooms are furnished, newly renovated, double bedroom sized, with standard furniture provided, including Bed, Wardrobe, Shelf-Storage, and Study Desk. The First-Floor Bedroom also has a Toilet Room, which includes a sink and mirror cabinet. Both lodgers will have use of a family-sized bathroom, with showering/bathing facilities dedicated for their own use.
Communal areas include a Lounge, Kitchen/Dining area, and Bathroom.
We have a friendly house cat living in this property. If you are interested in staying with us, we hope you are clean, tidy, accountable, respectful, friendly, and don’t mind living with a cat :)
As we are in our 20’s-30’s, you will find yourself in good company whilst staying in this home!

Lodging Arrangements:-
Minimum Stay: 2 months.
Initial Instalment: Security Deposit + 1st month’s Rent (required prior to your move in date).
Rental Payments: Monthly or Weekly.
