Hi Im Craig 46, a working male, I'm looking for one more housemate for my 3 bedroomed house in Bulwell, Nottingham, I already have one other tenant, he's lecturer at the university of Nottingham. Unfortunately the room is only available for the next 6 months.
The house is located in a nice area close to Tram and Bus stops with good links to Nottingham and both Universities.
My house mate is quite welcome to use all areas of the house, the house has a large garden which is great in the summer, the room is a large single with a comfy single bed, its clean with plenty of storage. The house has good WIFI and TV ariel connection in room, I can provide a TV if needed.
I am looking for a professional person or student, has long has sensible and mature. someone who's clean and tidy like myself, friendly and easy going, decent person. Room is ready 9th January. Anymore information, please message me
