Cosy fully furnished house share, with two friendly and tidy professionals.

The house is a 3-storey semi-detached, with a driveway as well as a grass garden. It's just a 5 minute walk from Highbury Vale tram stop for quick access to the town centre if you don't drive.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all communal and come fully equipped with the normal mod-cons including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc, and of course, an essential coffee machine.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, the middle floor has a bath, shower and toilet shared with one other roomate.

The current tenants are friendly and sociable whether you fancy some company, relaxing with some TV or drinks in the garden but will happily respect your privacy if you just want to do your own thing.

Although we love pets and occasionally have dogs visit one of the tenants is allergic to cats, so apologies in advance if you own a cat!
