Welcome to your home-from-home, a newly refurbished 2-bedroom property offering a fresh and modern living space. The property features two spacious bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances including a washing machine and a dryer located in the middle room.
You will find soap, tumble dryer sheets, and other essentials conveniently stored under the kitchen sink.
The property boasts two reception rooms, one serving as a cozy lounge area and the other as a dedicated dining space. The lounge is equipped with a TV featuring Netflix for your entertainment.
For your convenience, there is a shed/outhouse available on the premises, providing additional storage space. The key to the shed is conveniently located on the keyring hanging on the back door.
In the cupboard under the stairs, you will find an iron, ironing board, clothes air dryer/rack, and a vacuum cleaner.
Feel free to enjoy to enjoy the garden area, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. If you are a smoker, please utilize the back door and kindly smoke outside. There is an ashtray on the table. Do keep the back gate bolted.
