I’m a live in (but not full time live in) landlord. I’m looking for a professional person or couple who will enjoy living in my house & caring for it. More often than not you’ll have the entire house to yourself so if the other room isn’t let, you’ll need to be comfortable with your own company, sometimes for extended periods of time.
