Double Room Available

Hey, I’m currently sharing a 2-bedroom house with my housemate, who will be moving out at the end of March. It’s a spacious house with a big dining area, kitchen, and a separate living room on the ground floor. The double room available is a standard size, furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The bathroom would be shared with just me, and it's next to the room on the first floor.

I am a female professional who works a lot and goes to uni in the evening, so there is a lot of time with the house being empty. I’m tidy and very easygoing.

The house is located 3 minutes' walk from a Lidl and a Tesco, 7 minutes' walk from a tram stop and lots of bus routes.
