2 large double rooms in beautiful village

We have a large family house in a lovely village with easy access to Nottingham with a regular bus. The two double rooms are downstairs with a separate bathroom not used by the family. We currently have one other female lodger. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining room with a seating area, plus a large separate lounge. The laundry is in a separate annex. We back on to woods where there are badgers and wild deer. The house is kept clean and we like to have a calm, laid back atmosphere. We would consider a couple but would need to add an extra £100 to cover additional costs.
