We have a large family house and have hosted a number of lodgers over recent years. You will have your own double bedroom which is upstairs and south facing. You will also have exclusive use of a separate lounge adjacent to your bedroom, with plenty of seating and large smart TV. You will have a large bathroom which features a separate bath and shower. All of the rooms are decorated to a high standard. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining room, with a communal seating area. There is a separate laundry room with two washing machines and ample drying space. You will have access to a quiet, secluded garden at the back of the house. We would consider a couple.
My husband and I are semi retired and we like a calm, peaceful home. The village of Burton Joyce is highly sought after with good bus links, a train station and numerous shops, cafes and pubs. There are lovely walks along the river.
