Double room, Private Bathroom and Study room

I am renting a large double room with a private bathroom and an additional private study room in my three‑bed detached house. The property includes a garden and private parking.
The house will be available from February 2026 to February 2027, with the possibility of extending the contract.
As I travel frequently and will only be home for short periods throughout the year, the house will be quiet and mostly available for your exclusive use.

The ideal tenant must be a cat lover, as I will need someone to feed and care for my cat during my absences. In return, I will offer a discounted rent to the tenant who takes on this responsibility
