A furnished double room is available in my clean, modern and peaceful home. This is ideal for a working professional who is out at work during the day (Monday–Friday) and is looking for a calm, respectful place to stay during the week.

About the home
This is a quiet, tidy and well-kept home shared with myself and my very well-behaved dog — he’s a big part of my life, so being a dog lover is essential.

I’m an early riser and early to bed, so the house runs on a settled, calm routine. This is not a party house — it’s a place to relax and feel at home.

The room & facilities

Furnished double room (Ottoman bed, wardrobe, bedside unit, TV, WiFi)
You will have your own private bathroom (toilet, sink, bath)
Shower is in my en-suite, which I’m more than happy for you to use — privacy is respected and doors are always locked

What I’m looking for
Someone who:
Works full-time outside the home (no working from home)
Is clean, tidy and respectful
Is independent but friendly
Enjoys a quiet, drama-free environment

House rules (please read before messaging)

Monday to Friday let only (occasional weekend by agreement)
Quiet hours 10pm – 6am (settled for the night)
No late-night cooking (meals to be finished by 20:00pm)
No overnight guests
Non-smoker
Vaping only outside the house
Social drinking only (no regular drinkers)
Must be comfortable around and respectful of a dog
