Ground floor maisonette in sort after village near all local amenities, house is opposite the Calverton connection bus route which comes every 15 mins into Nottingham City centre.

I do have 2 small friendly dogs, a cleaner comes once a week this is included in the rent. Netflix now tv and broadband subscription included. Shared Living room bathroom kitchen and garden please contact me for any further details

I work Monday to Friday and have a horse which takes me out the house a lot, I’m a sociable laid back friendly person, but I value my own space as well !
