Furnished Double room - Bills included

Hi, I'm renting out my spare room. It's got brand new furniture, double bed and matress. All bills are included within the monthly cost. I'd preferably like a professional. I've no preference with male or female.

Shared living room with sofas, table and other furniture.

Well-maintained garden at the rear of the property with a bbq.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and more; washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer.

There is one bathroom upstairs.

Internet and TV license included.

I'm a relaxed person, not really sure what to say about myself... I'm normal, not crazy :)
