Double room in cosy cottage in Carlton

SHORT TERM ONLY.

Looking for a female for my Double bedroom in lush little cottage sharing with 1 other (female) and cat Peanut for 2 weeks - 3 weeks (dates available between 29th March - 21st April).

Looking for someone who is respectful & considerate of sharing a space with others.

I won’t be staying in the house during that time but may need access on the occasional days.

Main double bedroom to rent - will be furnished with nearly brand new mattress & 3 fitted wardrobes for use as seen in the photos so plenty of storage space.

Kitchen equip with use of washer, gas hob, elec oven, microwave, kettle, pots and pans.
Shared bathroom - combi boiler

Street parking available and small outdoor patio area.

Bills included; broadband, Council tax, water, gas and electricity.

Housemates are very clean and tidy and I would like to find someone similar who will enjoy sharing my beautiful house and who will maintain similar levels of cleanliness.

No pets (as already have a cat) , no smokers, no couples.
