Room 2 is the bedroom with a single daybed, rail and cube storage and one set of drawers with small side table. There’s a sink in this room and a small toilet.

Garage is freezer, drying clothes area and washing machine.

Outside there is a small patio area with chairs and a table for Al fresco dining ;)

ALL bills included apart from internet (there is an existing line that you can connect to a service provider)

A couple of minutes walk to amenities of Carlton Hill, including buses.
