Double room available in a cozy home. The room has a double bed, desk, chair, plenty of space under the bed which can be used for storage, sideboard, wardrobe or clothes rail according to preferences. Close to the local shops and only a street away from the bus stop. Easy access to the city centre (3.5 miles) or city hospital (4 miles). The house is located on the border of Carlton and Gedling just off the Westdale Lane, close to the Gedling Park. The house has been recently redecorated and is in an excellent condition. Shared spaces include bathroom, shower room and separate toilet as well as living/dining room and kitchen. It's a nice quiet neighborhood where all neighbours know each other. We are live in landlords and we like tranquility but we also like to meet people from all over the world. We’ve been sharing the space for the last 3 years and we can provide references. We like to keep the house tidy and would like to share with a professional who will treat our house like their own and not like a hotel. Short term lets accepted. No couples.
