Sadly our lovely lodger is moving out after 2 years and we have a double room available again. It’s in a cozy 3-bed semi detached house. The room has a double bed, desk, chair, storage space under the bed, sideboard. The house has been recently redecorated and is in an excellent condition. Shared spaces include bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower room and separate toilet, as well as living/dining room and kitchen. Close to the local shops and only a street away from the bus stop. Easy access to the city centre (3.5 miles) or city hospital (4 miles). The house is located on the border of Carlton and Gedling just off the Westdale Lane, close to the Gedling Park. It's a nice quiet neighborhood where all neighbours know each other. Looking to share the space with either female or male who will treat the house like their own. We’re live-in landlords and we would like to share the space with a calm and peacefull individual. Short term lets accepted. No couples. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
