Middle floor (main entrance): Additional bathroom, utilities, and a big kitchen.
Ground floor: Living room + chill area (currently my living room & office, but my office is moving to the garage soon which i am converting so i can live you).

Neighbours on the right are my best friends. The other half of our semi-detached house is also a shared home, and they’re very quiet.
Ultimate plan? Form a team, buy the other half, and connect them together. 😂

Weekly cleaning for all rooms & communal areas.
