There is also tennis courts not more than 200 meters away as well as a bus route which travel regularly to the city centre.
A 24 hour tesco is 5 minutes away at Carlton Square with many buses running to the surounding areas.
Rent is to be paid one month in advance with deposit to secure tennant.
All bills including excluding water rates that will be shared.

Ideally I am looking for a professional gay/ bi-sexual cat loving male/famale to flatshare. However this not a strict requirement. So long as we get on.
