We're young professionals looking for a lodger/housemate to join us in our recently decorated home in Carlton.

Fully furnished double room with a bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Towels and bedding can be provided if required.

We have a lovely paved garden around the back of the property, an open-plan living area, and modern galley kitchen, all of which you'll have full use of.

Rent includes all bills (except phone line) - utilities, council tax, tv (including Netflix & BT Sport) and broadband.

There is on-street parking outside the property, shops and lively pubs (which serve some great local pints - and do a good pub quiz!) within walking distance, and you'll be minutes away from bus routes into the city centre.

We're looking for a professional or student, who is tidy(ish!), friendly, and wants to find somewhere they can feel completely at home.
