Double Room All Bills Included

Im looking to rent a room in my bungalow its a cosy double room , clean with new bedding and bed linen you have a television in your room with free view ... there's free veiw in the lounge and broadband ..the bungalow is spacious with a wood burner a large bathroom and patio ..off road parking lots of space quite area ...near bus routes only 7 mins to city centre...I have a well behaved Staffordshire bull terrier... I have a cleaner but would like a clean and tidy person... I work from home as a therapist ... I don't mind a smoker but only outside ..any questions or if you'd like to veiw please get in touch...I am the only other person living here....
