Description
The lodger I'm seeking would be experienced in house sharing and thus respectful of others but enjoy human interaction. A friendly, relaxed environment where one can chill or study. The house is a late 2 story Victorian villa with a Neff fitted kitchen and separate utility room.
There is a very large double room (5m x 3. 6m)on the first floor which could take a couple (would have to amend rent if a couple are interested) and a reasonable size (3. 8m x 2. 7m ) south facing single room overlooking the garden. This room has been completely redecorated with new carpet and wardrobe, bed, mattress and pc desk.(wireless fast broadband)
Last year the bathroom was completely rebuilt with new 1000x800 shower. wc/whb and bath
The largish garden & patio is available for relaxing and a pleasant place to have friends around for a BBQ. If your'e so inclined I can find space for plants in the greenhouse & veg. on the raised
bed.
The lounge has a flatscreen tv with a hardwood floor and elegant modern furniture. Look at the photos to get a feel of the house.
Parking is on street with access to the rear for bike storage. The cul de sac location means good security for all.
I work as a freelance designer and enjoy those with an interest in the arts. Previous lodgers have been of many nationalities with wide occupations from dentist to power station engineers.

The front lounge with bay window is now being completely upgraded with wood burning stove, new furnishings throughout. No photos available yet. Existing dining room / lounge adjacent kitchen is as shown.
