We have 2 Cozy rooms (Bedroom 2 or 3 in the video, room 4 is taken) in a substantial semi-detached Victorian House close to public transport and city centre in Carrington/Sherwood NG5. Room 2 is £575 a month and available from 6th October, Room 3 is £625 a month and available from 27th October. Very contemporary fairly spacious kitchen/dining area great for entertaining with patio doors leading into a compact garden. 2 bathrooms one of which is a wet-room, both recently refurbished. The rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair with a kettle for tea or coffee. A separate fridge is provided for lodgers.

Nice quiet area with free on road parking available.

All utility bills as well as a contribution towards council tax are included

PS: We have 2 dogs, and they are restricted to their own room with direct access to the garden and are not allowed in to the rest of the house. However, if you don't like animals or are allergic to animal fur, the room would not be suitable.
