£60pw furnished room in spacious Nottingham house

We are two university graduates looking for a third friendly and tidy housemate.
The bills are £15 per week (these include water, gas/electric and wifi).
This is a fully furnished three bedroom house.
The house has a huge kitchen with dining area, large living room and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bath. It also has a large garden. We have a washing machine with lines inside and outside for clothes drying.
There are buses from the end of the road that go to the centre of town that come every 5 minutes and there is also space inside the house to keep a bike.
