It is also within a 15 walk of the tram and buses and trams are every 8 minutes or so into the city and elsewhere. I am situated within a five minute walk of the shops and cashpoint. The room also has a balcony a office/study and the use of your own bathroom. The use of the kitchen and living room is also included in the rent..
This is a friendly environment and all the neighbours get on well
The person who shares the flat will be expected to respect the flat and the other tenants within the 2 story flat block.
References will also be requested along with bank statements etc to do the necessary checks.
The total per month with bills would be around £600 and the flat is a for a full time flat/mate or Monday to Friday.
