Double room to rent

Got a double room available at the end of the month . Deposit wise I’m happy enough with what your comfortable with .Long story short I’m a lorry driver and away Mon-Fri so the house would be empty other than my friend . I’m maybe back 1 day a week and that’s very rare other than weekends . I have sky / virgin broadband and big garden . I’m a normal bloke so as long as the house is tidy I’m happy enough . Bring guests etc that’s not a problem call or text me . New leisure centre opening up next week on the street with a gym
All bills are included .its a new build house . Parking also ok on the drive . Close to sports direct and shirebrook
