The house is in a very quiet residential area where all of the neighbours have lived for years. Close to all local amenities, within 10 mins walking distance of shops, library, leisure centre and bus/tram stops. On the bus route for Queens' Medical Centre, City Hospital, and Nottingham University. We are just a 15 minute walk to Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus.
I am a live-in landlady looking for a mature person to rent this room. The ideal tenant should appreciate that this is sharing a much-loved family home, not just a room-let. There is a shared bathroom with over-the-bath shower. You are also welcome to share the kitchen, (including the washing machine) dining room and living room. Wifi is included. The accommodation also has a front paved garden and a rear enclosed private garden. It is essential that you are comfortable with dogs as I do have a 2 year old Jack Russell puppy who will also share the house with us, but brings lots of love & laughter to the home.
