Double room female only houseshare

Hello!

I’m looking for a female professional/mature student to join me and my dog in a fully furnished, bills included house! Flexible contract lengths available and price can be negotiated.

About the house - The bedroom has a king sized bed with two built in drawers and an Emma memory foam mattress, wardrobe, and drawers. There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with a shower over bath, sink, and second toilet (updated picture pending). There is also a second spare room/office you’ll be able to use (I currently wfh 3 days a week at the living room table but depending on our schedules we can share the office). Ideally, I’d rather my new flatmate worked from home a maximum of 2 days a week. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished.

Within a 10 minute walk you could be at the main shops (Morrisons, Lidl, B&M) or at the bus or tram stops that go directly in to town or the QMC. Clifton NTU campus is a 20 minute walk away and the 901 Uni of Nottingham free hopper bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. There is also on street parking if needed.

About me - I’ve recently relocated back to Nottingham to be closer to family after living in multiple house shares in Manchester. I’m interested in meeting new people and enjoy meals out, comedy nights, and ceramics but mostly enjoy quiet nights in with a good Netflix series. I would like a flatmate to share some interests and be social but I also enjoy my own space and will respect yours!

I work full time, mostly from home but with some alternating office days. I also have a three year old terrier mix so you must like dogs but you won’t need to care for her! She’s very friendly with people and house trained, but she is reactive to other animals so unfortunately I can’t accept anyone with pets. My partner stays round some weekends but we’re often out and about.
