Couple are not accepted it’s for single occupancy (1 person per room) no exceptions.

The room is available for you if you meet the criteria and require the room within the next 1-21 days.
Clean and recently renovated room, good sized rooms in a good location to rent in the Clifton area.

All Bills are included in the rent (except TV license)

There's quite a lot of interest in these rooms. The rooms are rentable on a first come first serve basis as long as you meet the requirements.

There are a few rooms in a few different houses.

They’re very close to the Clifton University Campus. It would probably take you 5-20 mins to walk there depending on the house.

The tenancy is a minimum of 10-12 months, if you need less time the 12 months rent will be split across the time you want it.
