Description
We are one vet students and two professional looking for a 4th friendly house mate, student or professional, to join our lovely bunch. We are a tidy, friendly and sociable lot who enjoy going for hikes, going out for drinks and hosting barbeques.
The double room will come furnished with a bed, bedside table and a wardrobe.
The house:
- Shared living room
- Shared kitchen (fully furnished)
- Large drive (free parking)
- Two shared bathrooms with a separate bath and shower
- Lovely garden which backs onto a woodland area
- Fast wifi
- Pets are welcome here
- Outdoor sheds for storage
We are a pet friendly home and have a dog, two cats, and a tortoise who all spend a lot of time in the garden.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
All bills included EXCEPT council tax, which you will need to contribute towards UNLESS you are a student. Council tax band A.
Close to house:
- Lidl, Morissons and B&M - 5 minute walk
- Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus- 14 minute walk
- Tram Stop - 8 minute walk
- Free Hopper bus to Sutton Bonington Campus and Main - Campus (UoN) - 8 Minute walk
