2 Double Rooms in Sociable and Pet Friendly Home

Hi! My name is Martin, I am a vet student at UoN. I live with my housemate Charlie who is studying a PhD in electronics at Trent uni. My other friend Magdalena is hoping to move in in July. We are tidy, friendly and sociable people who enjoy going for hikes, hosting barbeques with our friends and generally not taking life too seriously. We are looking for 2 people to join our lovely home.

Bedroom 1 - £500/month - SHORT TERM LET. This room must be vacated in July 2026 as my friend Magdalena is moving in. Available from December 22nd.

Bedroom 2 - £525/month. - LONG TERM LET. Available from December 27th.

Both double rooms will come furnished with a bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. I can provide a desk too if needed.

- Large drive (free parking)
- Two shared bathrooms with a separate bath and shower
- Lovely garden which backs onto a woodland area
- Fast wifi
- Pets are welcome here
- Outdoor sheds for storage

We are a pet friendly home. My two housemates who are moving out had a dog, two cats and a tortoise who will be sorely missed, so we would love to welcome some more (well behaved) pets to the house.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house but welcome in the garden

All bills included EXCEPT council tax, which you will need to contribute towards UNLESS you are a student. Council tax band A.

- Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus- 14 minute walk
- Tram Stop - 8 minute walk
- Free Hopper bus to Sutton Bonington Campus and Main - Campus (UoN) - 8 Minute walk
