Double Room - 6 Month Let - Pet Friendly

Hi, my name is Martin, I am a vet student at UoN. I live my with my housemates Charlie and Ania. We are a friendly and sociable bunch who enjoy going out for hikes in nature, hosting barbeques with our friends and generally having a laugh. We are looking for someone to join our lovely home for about 6 or 7 months, as my friend will be moving in in July.

The double room will come furnished with a bed, bedside table and wardrobe. I can include a desk if needed.
Price - £500/month
Must be vacated in July 2026

The house:

- Shared kitchen (fully furnished)

- Two shared bathrooms with a separate bath and shower
- Lovely garden which backs onto a woodland area

- Pets are welcome here
- Outdoor sheds for storage

We are a pet friendly home. Currently we have a cat called Ozzy, so any new pets must be be OK living with Ozzy.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house but welcome in the garden.

All bills included EXCEPT council tax, which you will need to contribute towards UNLESS you are a student. Council tax band A.

- Corner shop - 30 seconds walk
- Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus- 14 minute walk
- Tram Stop - 8 minute walk
