Largest room in the house. Includes a double bed, large wardrobe and desk for studies. House has a communal bathroom that is kept clean and cleaned every weekend. Nearby stores are maximum 15 min walk and also 15 min walk to the Clifton campus for Nottingham Trent university. If needing to travel to the city centre the tram stop is a 2 min walk from the house. All occupants are kind and friendly and will be welcoming to all. Bills that are included are water, wifi and insurance as well as landlord will maintain garden and other misc conditions. All students are welcome so please do not hesitate to contact as soon as possible.
