The room has new furniture incl. New, Bed/Wardrobe/Chest of Draws, Bedside and Desk, one previous occupant. The room will now also include a brand new fridge for own use.

distance to Nottingham Trent University. Short walking distance to bus stops.

We are looking for a quiet person who can clean up after themselves. Females are preferred but will consider professional males.
