Heya,
I'm Danni, a 22 year old female. Due to personal circumstances I need to move out of the property I am currently in. I have not been in the house for the full length of the tenancy agreement and so I need to find somebody asap to take over the room.

The room is in a 5 bedroomed property on Kinsale Walk, Clifton, Nottingham. It is a fully-furnished double room with a personal fridge/freezer. The house has a fully equiped kitchen with small dining table, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom. There is a large garden to the rear and a private driveway at the front.

The cost is £325 p/m bills included.

All housemates are friendly and sociable but respect your privicy.

The location is perfect for students, especially those studying at NTU clifton campus. You really can leave the house and be sat in a lecture 3 minutes later. The location has great bus links to the city centre and the tram line connecting clifton and the city centre will soon be complete. The property is also in a great position for anyone accessing the M1, east midlands airport or working on the A453.
