The house is around 15 minutes walk to Clifton Campus of NTU.
There is a shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower with a toilet and sink. There is a separate downstairs toilet, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a small conservatory and breakfast bar area used as a shared living space. There is a lovely patio garden and bike shed.

This is my house for while I'm at uni. I'm looking for a final student to take my last room for the year. This is the best room in the house, spacious double with lots of storage space and a great view. I am a very generous and helpful landlord, I want you to enjoy living here, having friends over, etc. and will do anything I can to make it pleasant for you. If you're tired of being treated unfairly by other tenants or landlords then this is the room for you.
