Clean tidy modern home

I have 2 double bedrooms available I don’t use either I have enough space downstairs to make you your own living room if we can agree on some thing I also have leather sofas to go straight into this and will get begin box installed super fast broadband
I’m only here morning and evening sometime stop
At my partners so pretty much you would have your own everything and it’s fully furnished

All I ask is to be considerate clean and don’t bring trouble to the door I’m an easy going guy who’s very accommodating and out going give me a call or text anytime
