Bedroom 1 AVAILABLE at £500/month

Shared use of shower room and bathroom. Shared use of Snug (sitting room) and Kitchen/Diner. Room can be set up as a double (as shown in pics) if that is your preference, but I am not accepting couples.

All bills are included - gas, electricity, broadband. If you are staying Mon-Fri I assume you are paying council tax elsewhere as your main residence. If you are staying monthly then the amount will cover the council tax.

I am a single female aged 50. I am am self-employed and run alternative therapies from a self-contained studio at home. I also work part-time. I am happy to chat in the evenings if you wish. Otherwise I am looking for clean & tidy lodgers, who are respectful of the shared spaces. I eat a pre-dominantly plant-based diet (no meat and limited dairy) so would prefer people who are respectful this lifestyle choice or are vegetarian themselves. I enjoy a simpler life, reading, gardening, dancing, cooking. You are very welcome to help me in the garden anytime!! It is really important that you love dogs as I have a daft, cuddly cocker spaniel. Whilst I don't expect you to take care of her, she loves being with people and snuggling up on the sofa in the Snug.

Within Collingham there are a couple of cafes, a Community Pub, Co-op, gym and all you need within a large village. We are 15 mins to Newark, 25 mins to Lincoln and 10 mins off the A1 and not far from Newark Showground.
