Professional Wanted , No time wasters please!

This fantastic double bedroom is available to let within a 2 bedroom house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with on street parking. The house is 10 minutes from the City Centre and a short walk to the bus stops into town. You’ll be sharing the house with a female live-in landlord and my 4 cats, they are all indoor but do not worry, the house doesn’t smell and I’m not a crazy cat lady, well not yet anyway!

The room is available from 8 sept

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. The rent is reasonably priced at £395 which can be paid monthly and I’m flexible with the date this can be paid. The £395 not only includes the rent of the room, but also council tax, electric, gas, water, TV Licence and internet!

I’m looking for a professional/ student who is clean and tidy. The current tenant has lived with me for two years and we have both enjoyed being able to spend time on our own, to nights in together in front of the TV with a meal or even a BBQ & hot tub in the garden when the weather is nice! I’m a casual smoker so don’t mind if you smoke.

The kitchen, bathroom and living area is shared with me and all rooms are furnished.

Ideally you would let for a minimum of 3-6 months, but I’m more than happy if you wish to stay longer than this.

There are no agency fees required, as you deal with me directly.
