Make yourself at home in our comfortable, spacious houseshare. Current housemates are Liam(m/35), Simge(f/31) and Luke(29), with Jellybean the cat🐈‍⬛ ruling the roost!

The ensuite bedroom available is shown in the photo/video (I'm no photographer)and can be furnished as you wish (I can add shelves, drawers etc) to fit what you need. The room has a walk in wardrobe external to the room for clothing/storage/ chest of drawers.

Located on a quiet estate 10 minute walk from beauty spots Colwick park and Colwick woods.

There is a regular bus route which goes into town which takes about 15 minutes, or you can cycle there in 15minutes. There is off street parking but space is limited.

The kitchen is excellently sized with everything you need, nice living room, bathroom, downstairs toilet, Conservatory/bike store and a lovely little garden. The house has lots of storage space and an office for home working.
