En-suite Double room in friendly 4 bed houseshare

Make yourself at home in our comfortable, clean and spacious houseshare. Current housemates are Liam(m/37), Simge(f/32) , with Jellybean, Chai and Ronnie the cats🐈 ruling the roost! Potential housemates must like Cats.

The room is a furnished standard double as shown in the photos. They can be furnished as you wish (I can add shelves, drawers etc) to fit what you need. The en suite also has a walk in wardrobe.

The house is Located on a quiet estate 10 minute walk from beauty spots Colwick park and Colwick woods.

There is a regular bus route which goes into town which takes about 15 minutes, or you can cycle there in 15 minutes. Unfortunately all of the parking spaces are taken.

The kitchen is excellently sized with everything you need, nice living room, bathroom, downstairs toilet, Conservatory/bike store and a lovely little garden. The house has lots of storage space and an office.
