HI, I'm looking to share our home with a tidy, respectful and sociable professional or postgrad female to share a well-furnished, well-stocked home.

I'm a friendly and relaxed live in landlady doing a PhD in healthcare innovation at Nottingham University Business School. I enjoy good food, baking, reading, films, entertaining, gardening, foreign travel and going out with friends. My partner, an artist/photographer, lives and works in Birmingham and comes up for weekends when he can.

You'd be sharing our 3 bed Victorian terrace in Colwick near loads of amenities in Netherfield and Carlton, 3 miles from City Centre (bus 44 every 8 minutes), near beautiful Colwick Park and Colwick Woods. Off street parking, garden, shared living spaces. Would suit a postgrad or professional working in the city as access is easy via public transportation (train from Netherfield or bus). Available immediately is a lovely and bright double room with large wardrobe, shelves and desk.
