The house is in a cul de sac with plenty of parking and is close to shops and bus route direct into Nottingham every 30 minutes.
The house has a lovely conservatory which is the dining room, a south west facing garden with patio and table and chairs to eat out and overlooks the woods. There is use of WiFi, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, fridge and microwave. There is a downstairs toilet and the bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.
The double bedroom has a king size bed, 2 chest of drawers and a built on wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves.
