Hello! Looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in a 3-bed detached house in Cotgrave from the beginning of July 2024. NOTE: Room can be available from the beginning of June as current housemate is happy to move out earlier :)

The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on tenant preference.

£600pcm with bills included (including council tax)

The current resident is very clean, tidy, and considerate and has a dog.

The property consists of a shared upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, dining area, conservatory, kitchen, garage, garden, and off-street parking.

Garage and loft space can also be used for storage if needed.
