A very clean /friendly modern house with tv in bedroom and also use of lounge and kitchen tv with Sky+.. Internet and all bills included. This is my family home, and as my kids have flown the nest it seems a bit big . Use of all kitchen facilities, easy access to M1 A1 and A46 There is also a nice sized back garden with patio furniture and a hot tub .
