Professional wanted for house share

Double room available. Looking for professional, self sufficient person to share a home. A liking of gardening would be nice - as I hate it (but sadly for me - garden is 100ft long!!). Quiet house, non smoking - no excessive drinking (shared previously with an alcoholic - NOT doing that again). Spacious living rooms, huge kitchen with everything needed. Double bedroom (I don’t expect you to live in it - house will be your home too). Close to railway station, good access to M1/A1 etc. I work full time, and I am looking for someone with same work ethic. Hi speed broadband.
