The Room: is a spacious, furnished double bedroom, and will come with new mattress, large wardrobe, and desk.
The House: Recently renovated mid-Victorian Terrace home, that has been partly modernised with shared bathroom, kitchen and adjacent dining room.
Outside: to the rear of the property there is a seating area in front of potted plants and trees, which is fenced off and has access via a gate if you have a bike or motorbike.
Bills: Fibre Optic Broadband, gas, electric, council tax and water.
The House Mates: only me as the landlord, I am male and looking for a working professional, and someone who is respectful.
The House: rustic style kitchen, cozy living room, shared garden, and high-speed broadband/Wi-fi.
Rent & Availability: 115 a week (including all bills). Available immediately - term can be discussed. 6 weeks up front required including damage protection. This will be returned on leaving the property.
