*LOOKING FOR 2 TENANTS TO REPLACE US IN STUDENT ACCOMMODATION*

Hiya, we have 2 rooms available (seperate contracts) and need tenants to take over our tenancy in our house up until the end of July 2021 (minimum- possible to extend contract for an additional 12 months). Postcode: NG25. It’s a good sized 4 bedroom house with a lovely landlady in Southwell, Nottingham very close to Brackenhurst Campus. There would be other roommates (female undergrad and postgrad- super friendly) already and fair bill splitting is already set up (aprx £60 PCM).

Includes a very decent sized living room with 3 sofas, a kitchen with dining table, a separate toilet and shower room, then both front and back garden is very low maintenance, we have off road parking and a garage too. It’s a quiet area with plenty of shops in Southwell within a short walking distance but plenty of bus routes to Nottingham centre/Southwell/various campuses too. To city centre it’s just under an hour on the bus and there’s a bus stop just outside the house. There’s a petrol station and 2 local shops that sell all your essentials less than a 5 minute walk away.

Rent is £368.34 (£85 PW) + bills. One double sized room (as shown in images- single bed in there currently) is already vacant so available to move into asap. I’ve added photos of the room when I was in there so you can get a better feel of the space- the whole house is super bright and photos don’t do it justice!
