Spacious double furnished room

I'm looking for a house mate to move into the double room up stairs. You'd be sharing with myself and my dog Luna. I'm 27, I mostly work from home right now but sometimes I do shift work. Luna is a 1 and half year old lurcher, she absolutely loves people! She will jump up to anyone that comes to the door to say hai, so if the thought of that / you don't love dogs, this house probably isn't for you. It's a 20 min drive to town, 30 mins if the traffic is heavy. There's a bus stop 3 minute walk away and the bus takes 40 mins to get to town.

The room itself is a spacious double. It comes with a double bed mattress that's basically new and very comfy, and a new mattress topper. The bed frame has 2 large draws that roll out underneath. There's also 2 Chester draws in the room and a washing basket. And there's a really decent sized cupboard in the room which is perfect as a wardrobe that has a light and mini heater inside. (I will clear my things out of it this week!)
Upstairs is the bathroom and shower in one, because there's also a downstairs toilet, I will use the downstairs one only so you can have the upstairs to yourself. We will just need to share the shower/bath.

There is no living room. I could potentially get a sofa for the spare room so you've got your own chill out space.

The kitchen is decent sized with a good amount of cupboards.

It is a new build semi detached house. Because of this the insulation is incredible and I've spent soo little on gas since being here.

The rent price includes rent and broadband, and then we would share the gas and electric monthly.
