Double Room for rent

I have a double room available to rent in a 2 bed terrace house. It is furnished with a Sky TV in the room, and a chest of draws.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a washer and separate dryer, and I have WIFI available in the house.

I have a a very friendly, but very lively border collie, so would need to be comfortable with dogs.

All bills are included in the rent, would just need to sort out your own food.

There is roadside parking, but it's often busy, so spaces can be down the road, and not immediately outside the house.

I sometimes work at home, but often I'm out and about at different times of the day with some early starts.

I am looking for an easy going male lodger, who is clean and respectful.
