Double Room in Brand New House

Hi there
We are a professional gay couple, who relocated to the area for work late last year. We have bought a brand new house on the new Edwalton Park development and have a lovely double room, with double aspect windows, available.
Whilst not en-suite, we don't use the main bathroom much (other than visitors) so would be practically own use.
We have a large kitchen/family room area so plenty of space. There is also a garden as well, with added storage available in the garage if needed.
We also have a dog, a 5 year old Shar Pei. He is lovely and super friendly. After a few seconds of fuss he disappears off and goes back to doing his own thing...typical Shar Pei.
We are both friendly and sociable people and always had lodgers in the past. Our current lodger is relocating and has been here for the last year.
