Large super warm, super quiet, eco house in green ,quiet ,smart, safe top-end suburb, with locally ,great facilities and amenities . Socialising / popular drinking and eating, easy access to West Bridgford ,( on foot or driving) and Nottingham city centre.
Easy access to lots of parks and woods in any direction.

The house has plenty of parking on the street in a wide quiet road. Side gardens and main garden are a green oasis, with wild life pond and fish, which could be shared at times.

I am looking for a peaceful lodger/s - A couple who have been here are now moving on and are buying a house locally.
I have flexible time frames (One lodger stayed for 3 years and is a long term friend now, another has been here 2 years.)
I would like a 3- 4 month probation contract and then discuss a further full contract after that.
House is big so we would not be in each others way!

£ 900 Fully inclusive .
If working remotely at home part time ( possibly acceptable ) but must be honest about it, if that is likely, and how often, to discuss over all monthly rate with this in mind.

We are mixed ages and back grounds and it is a lovely family oriented, friendly caring group.
Common front door-
Off separate hall- Ground floor light-filled compact "annex" suite . All with hard flooring & high ceilings.
Modern furnished with compact full kitchen having all new dishwasher ,washing machine, F/F. etc.
Comfortable ,bright , efficient living ,dining area- extendable dining table /study space plus very large full height wardrobe & storage.
Separate bedroom ,with super king bed. View to/access to mini sunny courtyard garden ( not to be used as a front door), through to full modern bathroom en-suite with shower over 6 ft. bath.

2nd Washing machine also available in the G. F. cloakroom & 2nd WC.
Hang-out "Bar" sitting area with another small fully fitted kitchen , (also separate to owners kitchen and sitting room) with dining /sitting area./
" Bar " kitchen has dish washer etc. . with a bar space, and another joint working or social area, but used by other lodger.
It is my home too -but I have my own separate facilities to all of the above!

There is good internet throughout.

Great location for access to main road routes ,bus stops at end of road( 5 mins walk!), and then train transport in Nottingham city centre. and access to tram system.
Local East Midlands airport approx .25 mins. ish.

I am the live-in owner- broad minded, educated world travelled, sporty, sociable and fun, (who also sometimes , has friends and international visitors staying ). I am a commercial Interior Designer and I work with an Architect developer in his practice.
He has another house run along the same lines very close by.
We are a fount of local knowledge if you are moving in to the area from outside.

I like socialising and I like quiet times. We arrange planned or impromptu get togethers between the two houses when possible. We are a happy great crew and this is a very happy home environment. We do expect some minimum effort by everyone to be sociable and communicative at a simple level!

This is a lovely setting and offering and I am not "in a hurry" to let it out- totally cool to wait for right fit people, not an any fit.

If you would like to discuss this opportunity ,then I will need a decent amount of information from you on yourself, situation and work etc...blanket one liners /no photos ,will not be answered!
