Single Room available in new house in Edwalton

Hi, I am looking for a housemate in a new build home in Edwalton, West Bridgford. Nottinghamshire.

I am a HR Advisor, and work between the office and sometimes at home. Happy to be social or respectful of privacy as preferred. We regularly have dinner, coffee and cake, or watch a movie at home.

We have a single, fully furnished room available. The room benefits from large windows, allowing a good amount of light throughout the day. The house is clean and modern.

Long-term is preferred, but happy to discuss short-term options.

We are right next to a supermarket (Aldi) and other amenities. There is a bus stop (number 7 and Keyworth) within walking distance that goes to the centre of West Bridgford and the city centre. Or towards Keyworth and Ruddington too.

Free off-street private parking space available.

We have fibre optic superfast broadband - 1 gig line.

All bills are included in the rent price.

Shared use of the kitchen and lounge. The bathroom will mostly be exclusive to the person renting the room, except for infrequent occasions.

Our garden is spacious but still needs fixing up as it's a new build. We both work, sometimes from home.

Any potential housemate can meet for tea/coffee to see if we're a good match.
